- Distribute and collect annual training needs from all departments and develop a consolidated annual training plan.
- Collaborate with internal/external trainers to design and develop training programs.
- Organise all training courses through handling all logistics and coordinating with employees.
- Coordinate with employees and management to ensure timely completion of the employee performance management process.
- Support the Organisational Excellence Manager in carrying out succession planning activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Organisational Excellence initiatives as needed.
