Job Description
Experience:
Extensive experience as a pastry chef or in similar positions
Pastry knowledge:
Excellent knowledge of all types of pastries and desserts including cakes, croissants, tarts, and cupcakes.
Culinary skills:
Advanced culinary skills and a deep understanding of pastry preparation processes including dough preparation, fermentation and baking.
creativity:
The ability to develop, create, and create new recipes and present them in an attractive and inspiring way.
Management and leadership:
Ability to lead the pastry team, direct them effectively and motivate them to deliver the best performance.
Teamwork skills:
Ability to work within a diverse team and coordinate with colleagues and chefs in the pastry kitchen.
