- Provide support in developing and implementing department policies and procedures
- Assess work and job grades through in-depth job analysis and evaluation
- Maintain and update job descriptions for all positions
- Identify training needs and methodologies, conducting Training Needs Analysis
- Monitor quarterly check-ins of employees and ensure appropriate measures are taken
- Implement succession planning, leadership development, and career development
- Conduct organisation design actions to define functions, jobs, titles, and career framework
- Use data analysis tools to analyse jobs & manpower data for business decisions
- Review and develop job descriptions in line with revised annual Business plan & strategy
