Position Name: Project Manager PAS Package Implementation

Description:

Project manager, responsible for leading projects to achieve scope, cost, and schedule Projects are likely to involve the implementation of foreign Policy Administration System packages into the system landscapes of Japanese general

Responsibilities:

• Define the customer’s problem statement, understand what company can deliver, and propose solutions that fulfill the Execute the implementation to achieve the promised
• Work with our Business Analysts and the PAS package vendor to help meet the customer's functional
• Work with companys architects and specialist teams to define, propose, and execute various integration, testing, and coordination projects relating to the core PAS
• Create staffing plans and WBS/schedules, and adhere to them through effective project management - meeting the project management goals of on-time, on-specification, and on-budget
• Manage the onsite team, and report to internal and customer-side

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of
• At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in system integration or package implementation of business applications
• In-depth knowledge of at least one Policy Administration Package system, and experience in new system implementation
• Experience in onsite/offshore delivery model
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in software development life cycle
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery
