Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively generate new customer leads through cold calling, networking and social media.
Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business
Achieving the monthly sales targets for various products and services
Cross-sell products and services
Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement

Knowledge of MS Office mainly for reporting and documentation

Excellent negotiation, communication, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
