- Will manage the delivery of scope, deliverables and KPIs relevant to the defined work area. Other Theme areas that are being delivered and require close alignment across the programme are:
- Governance and Stakeholder Management
- Intelligent Assets and Customer Engagement
- Operational Delivery (Drainage)
- Organisational Development and Qatarisation
- High Level Responsibilities:
- Establish good working relationships with Ashghal Assets
- Affairs Director, Roads Operations Maintenance
- Department (ROMD) management and staff, and other
- stakeholders as relevant to Assets Affairs and ROMD
- including MoTC, SCDL, etc.
- Oversee the Roads Operational Delivery Theme by
- understanding the needs of Ashghal Assets Affairs and
- delivering priority operations and maintenance
- enhancements.
- Given the significance of FIFA 2022 lead close
- engagements with the ROMD ITS Section and Roads
- Management Centre team to offer technical support to
- facilitate enhanced services to roads users in Qatar.
- Work with the teams delivering all Roads Operational
- Delivery Theme projects to ensure planned outputs /
- outcomes are delivered.
- Provide technical leadership where relevant and work
- with all Project Technical Leads to build a capable
- resource pool internally within Stantec and significantly
- within our client organisation to support the
- establishment of a sustainable ROMD.
- Ensure the effective delivery of quality outputs and
- reports by the Project Delivery (Roads) teams to the
- schedules agreed with our client.
