- Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and WhatsApp / Email marketing to enhance brand visibility and attract potential customers.
- Social Media Management: Operate the company's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), increasing the number of real followers, views and likes.
- E-Commerce Management: Responsible for the daily management and optimization of the company's e-commerce platforms, including product listings, descriptions, pricing updates, inventory management, and order processing.
- Content Management: Manage engaging content for users, including product descriptions, posts, videos, images, ensuring the quality and consistency of the content. Company Editor / Photographer will support.
- Customer Service and Interaction: Engage with customers through emails, social media, and other channels, answering questions, resolving issues, and enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
