On-Site Developer Front End

• Requirements gathering and analysis.
• Work through all phases of the software development life cycle, including research, design, analysis, requirements, implementation, test automation, and maintenance
• Maintain existing application.
• Work closely with oil and gas core business users (reservoir engineers, drilling engineers, geophysicist etc.)
• Importing, cleaning, transforming, validating and resolving data quality issues with the purpose making conclusions.
• Perform analytics, reporting, developing dashboards and scorecards for various data.
• Visualize and report data findings creatively in a variety of formats (charts, graphs, tables..).
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of B.Sc Degree in related field (Computer science or Computer Engineering).
• Should have at least (7) years hands-on technical experience in development.
• Focus on Front End framework (Preferably React in partial or full stack capacity with an optional experience in .net)
• Experience in UI/UX design and implementation of such design
• Ability to problem solve and make recommendations for solutions or work- arounds.
• Ability to effectively work both independently and in team environment (including experience in version controlling and git).
• Must have a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
• (Optional) Familiar with the Oil & Gas space (Previous oil/gas industry experience).
• (Optional) Experience in the creation, development, and enhancement of commercial based dashboards and analytics (ie, PowerBI, Tableau, Spotfire etc)
