- Communication and Transparency: Facilitate transparent communication within the Ironworks community by providing regular updates and addressing player concerns. Organize and host regular town halls, AMA sessions, and other community events tailored to Ironworks.
- Community Strategy: Collaborate with the head of community and Ironworks team to develop and implement community growth and retention strategies specific to Ironworks. Provide valuable insights and feedback to contribute to Ironworks's overall community roadmap.
