TechnoLava Inc. provides turn-key Blockchain Application Development, Staffing and Recruiting solutions that solve complex and critical problems while fulfilling mission objectives for organizations involved in Blockchain, Metaverse and Web3 applications and technologies.

Position Summary: Sales Account Management, Cold Calling, New Business Development, Information Technology and Software Development

Job description:

TechnoLava Inc. provides turn-key Blockchain Application Development, Staffing and Recruiting solutions that solve complex and critical problems while fulfilling mission objectives for organizations involved in Blockchain, Metaverse and Web3 applications and technologies. We are expanding our sales team and are seeking an Account Executive to continue to grow our Blockchain Staffing and Recruiting business.

An aggressive individual who is able to undertake a heavy load of cold calling with superior phone selling skills and able to develop a new client base selling software development staffing and recruiting services. A persuasive manner on the telephone and a broad understanding of software development services combined with an aggressive drive will be required to succeed. As an Account Executive you will be responsible for promoting and selling TechnoLavas Blockchain software development services to clients within the US and globally.

We foster an entrepreneurial spirit and expect each of our team members to display both initiative and creativity in providing unparalleled levels of customer satisfaction in the delivery of our services. Sales emphasis will revolve around the placement of resources for project/contract software development. In addition to managing and growing business in current and past clients, you will also undertake heavy cold calling into potential client organizations to identify and fill new software development and staffing requirements.


Requirements

1) A high energy, team-oriented, sales driven and visionary sales professional with strong communication skills and experience selling into the US market.

2) A Proven Track Record.

3) At least 3 years of consultative sales experience in one or more of the following: systems integration, application development, and/or networking solution sales.
4) A strong Rolodex of existing contacts and relationships within US companies would greatly contribute to success.

5) Ability to develop professional, effective proposals.
6) Aggressive cold calling skills.
7) Strong work and personal ethics a must.
8) Must be result oriented and should be able to work independently.
