- Be accountable for setting the marketing vision & strategy as well as for their effective execution (synergistically with the Region while ensuring local relevancy where needed) to accelerate commercial growth objectives. The role holder is accountable for mapping out growth opportunities that shape Qatar s Strategic Plan and AOP with high degree of focus on lift and shift and lift adapt from the Region
- Develop country Wealth &Personal Banking marketing strategies and implement them through various strategic marketing campaigns, based on locally relevant insights, to deliver overall WPB AOP across all products
- Maximize WPB business growth and increase market share jointly with business for top line and profitability
- Lead and direct product and digital marketing initiatives to drive customer and relationship growth, product penetration and channel utilization to meet business objectives
- Lead the development of annual Qatar Marketing AOP based on business forecast, incorporating socio-economic changes for the region
- Monitor all external WPB communication for Qatar and ensure that the content is up to date and relevant including PWS, Always-on Content, etc.
- Finalise Marketing strategies and plan in alignment with the country Head of Business Management, Country WPB Customer & Product and Head of Marketing for International Market
- Align with Head of Brand and Head of Media to deliver marketing campaigns that drive growth with efficicent use of media but also drive Brand Power.
- Work jointly with Head of Social and Digital to develop Always on Campaigns across display and Social to drive digital leads and sales
