As the Kitopi People Manager, you will contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategy in all areas of recruitment, organizational design, retention, reward and employee engagement across all organizational levels. You will align with Kitopi’s business goals and lead the HR team & provide guidance and advice as well as coaching to line managers on HR policies, procedures, and processes. Ultimately, you should be able to act as a consultant on human resources management and organizational changes. • *What You'll Do**: - Provide onsite and offsite HR leadership, serving as the main point of contact for talent management, recruitment, learning, and employee relations issues for various business groups - Participate in and execute key HR initiatives including staffing, performance management, organization planning, compensation planning, and employee development - Proactively consult with business leaders on employee, managerial, organizational, and business issues and work with various team members to provide effective, beneficial HR solutions to ongoing issues - Contribute towards recruitment, onboarding of employees, and HR compliance effectively - Create an inventory of the existing HR policies and processes in line with Qatar Labor and subsequently review and add HR policies and procedures when necessary to be in compliance. - Participate in the ideation and organization of employee events related to strategic initiatives (diversity, career pathing, pipeline programs, etc.) - Be a contributing team member in the Global HR Organization for Kitopi and actively participate in discussing ongoing opportunities and challenges and devise implementable solutions, aligning with all HRBPs across different countries - Actively spend time to ensure Payroll for all employees and outsourced staff is processed in a timely manner in line with the guidelines and framework set forth by the global finance team and identify ways to automate the process to improve efficiency - Collaborate with the wider HR team, including PRO, payroll support, admin, and accommodation coordinator on ensuring one HR voice to the employees - Maintain a high level of effective communication throughout the organization - Provide functional direction and ensure compliance with all legal requirements - Participate in creating strategic long-term solutions to Kitopi’s business model - fast growth, immediate results, and sustainability • *What Are We Looking For?**: - A minimum of 5+ years of experience within a similar role in the Consumer Retail/FMCG/F&B industry or within a multinational company, at least 2-3 years of which have been in a business partner role. - A mind with a passion for all things Human Resources! - Ability to put together a strong business case with good project management skills. - Confidence and ability to work as a team with different functional stakeholders in the business - Excellent understanding of budget management, employee engagement, and satisfaction, Qatar Labor Law. - A degree in Human Resources, or any other relevant field.
