Job Description

- Oversees, supervises and resolves technical and administrative issues associated with technical and ancillary staff within assigned units of the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine.
- Directs laboratory operations in accordance with MOH, Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions, Joint Commission International and College of American Pathologist.
- Ensures that all tests and procedures are performed in accordance with laboratory standard operating procedures and that results are valid and accurate prior to release.
- Oversees timekeeping and attendance of staff and reports noncompliance with policy.
