Department CORPORATE HSE & QUALITY Title HSE OFFICER (Petrol Stations) Primary Purpose of Job Carry out the inspection and monitoring activities at all Petrol Stations across State of Qatar, generate HSE site inspection reports addressing non-compliances, recommendations and any other relevant HSE concerns observed during inspection and monitoring activities. Verify that the HSE aspects relating to design, construction, maintenance and operation of Petrol Stations, operating under the licensing requirements, fully comply with HSE Petrol Station Executive Committee (PSEC) requirements. Education Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/Chemical Engineering or equivalent. Experience & Skills - Minimum 10 years of experience in the Inspection activities of Oil & Gas facilities, chemical / petrol chemical industry and their associated safety systems, with focus on Petrol Stations. - Good knowledge of HSE systems and equipment, inspection methodologies and techniques - Effective communicator, fluent in spoken and written English. Knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage
