Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of HR operations ensuring compliance with local KSA laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the unique requirements of the KSA market.
  • Manage the recruitment process including sourcing screening and interviewing candidates for various roles.
  • Coordinate and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires providing them with essential information about company policies procedures and culture.
  • Partner with department heads to identify training needs and develop relevant training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and performance management.
  • Administer employee benefits programs ensuring timely enrollment accurate recordkeeping and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain HR records and generate reports as needed providing insights to inform strategic decisionmaking.
  • Stay abreast of developments in the KSA labor market and advise senior management on HR trends best practices and potential risks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 710 years of HR experience with a focus on the KSA market.
  • Thorough understanding of KSA labor laws and regulations.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
