Introduction

Our client is a healthcare organization providing postacute extended care and critical care medical services to patients who are no longer suited for care within a traditional hospital setting. The JCIaccredited facility located in Jeddah has a current capacity of 130 beds with plans to increase physical capacity to up to 230 beds. The facility is accredited by both the Joint Commission International (JCI) and the Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutes (CBAHI).

Description

Our client is looking to hire an HR Manager for their facility in Jeddah KSA. This role is responsible for ensuring the proper implementation of HR policies strategies objectives recruitment performance management training & development government relations and talent management. Ideally the best talent in this role gets promoted to the country level with responsibility for 3 facilities in a years time.

Main tasks:

• Manage the staffing process including recruiting interviewing hiring and onboarding;
• Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local state and federal regulations;
• Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities;
• Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution;
• Ensure the organizations compliance with local state and federal regulations;
• Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team;
• Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently;
• Maintain company organization charts and employee directory;
• Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives;
• Maintain HR systems and processes;
• Conduct performance and salary reviews;
• Provide support and guidance to HR staff;
• Analyze trends in compensation and benefits;
• Design and implement employee retention strategies.

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree;

• Proven experience in healthcare HR setting preferably JCI & CBAHI accredited;
• Proven knowledge of KSA labor & employment laws and healthcare license & regulations;
• KSA national with passport and family book.
