HR Executive

• Manage endtoend recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding ensuring the hiring of top talent aligned with our company values.
  
• Develop and implement engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee morale.
  
• Oversee performance management processes providing guidance to managers and employees to ensure fair and effective evaluations.
  
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues in a timely and confidential manner fostering a supportive and respectful work environment.
  
• Manage HR administrative tasks including documentation recordkeeping and compliance with local regulations.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR role preferably within a wellestablished company.
  
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  
• Proven ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization including managers and support staff.
  
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering highquality work.
  
• Fluent in both Arabic and English with excellent communication skills in both languages.
  
• Must be locally available in Kuwait.
