- Safely and efficiently drive guests to and from specified destinations in the hotel vehicle. Regularly inspect and maintain the hotel vehicle, ensuring it is clean, fueled, and in good working condition.
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for guests, assist with luggage, and offer information about the hotel and local attractions.
- Maintain a punctual schedule to ensure timely transportation services for guests.
- Effectively communicate with hotel staff to coordinate guest transportation needs and address any special requests.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, prioritize the safety of passengers, and report any incidents or issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance activities.
