Head of Sales Department

Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced courses in sales or management may be a useful addition.

Experience: Significant sales experience, especially in leadership and supervision. Preferably, this experience should be at least 2 years.

Leadership skills: The ability to lead work teams in the sales department, motivate them and direct them towards achieving set goals.

Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients and the internal team. Ability to build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and direct them towards appropriate solutions.

Analysis and Planning: Ability to analyze data, evaluate performance, and develop strategic plans to increase sales and achieve goals.
