Overview:

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) KSA is the leading provider of integrated facilities and real estate management services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Our team of experts delivers innovative solutions to optimize the performance efficiency and value of our clients real estate assets. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facilities Administrator to join our team.

Position Overview:

The Facilities Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Facilities Management team. This role will involve managing various administrative tasks related to facilities management including but not limited to budget tracking invoicing data entry and document management. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain accurate records of all facilitiesrelated expenses including budget tracking invoicing and purchase orders.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records of facilitiesrelated data including maintenance requests work orders and service contracts.
Assist with document management including filing scanning and archiving.
Coordinate meetings appointments and travel arrangements for the Facilities Management team.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on facilitiesrelated activities.
Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls responding to emails and ordering office supplies.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Facilities Management or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities management or related field.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
Knowledge of facilities management software is a plus.
