Do you have project quality assurance experience, and are you seeking a new contract in Skelleftea, Sweden? SilverBack Staffing is helping a collaborative company recruit a CSA Lead QA, and the role comes with an attractive rate.

As CSA Lead QA, you will review, audit and monitor the implementation of the Project Quality plan and procedures. liaising with the Auditing team.

These are some of the things you could expect to do in your first few weeks in this Lead QA position:

• Coordinate the establishment, implementation and maintenance of the project inspection and test programmes
• Create work pack trackers in CDE for the project and ensure contractors deliver the project to the highest standards
• Prioritise high-priority work scopes with construction leads to meet the plans and work closely with the schedulers to deliver them
• Liaise with Supervisors on-site and give direction where necessary.

To apply for this role, you will need an engineering or trade qualification in a CSA discipline and at least 5 years of experience in a QA lead role. You will also require the following:

• Experience managing construction teams
• Recent experience working on large scale industrial projects
• Ability to work well under pressure and within strict deadlines
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural Engineering.
