Job Description

- Prepares for each instructional session including materials, PowerPoint slides, activities, videos
- Greets and Instructs students according to the design of the Sylvan programs
- Manages students, tasks, and time to create a balanced and robust instructional session
- Evaluates and record the progress of each student on their program assignment
- Monitor and provide students’ evaluation reports and attendance
- Uses praise and encouragement to ensure students are engaged and inspired to learn
- Communicates specific student needs and evolution to Academic Director
