The contracted position of data steward will be responsible for managing provider data to be used by various databases, but mainly the Find a Doctor The 100% remote position will report to the Ascension Digital Marketing Manager who is also

Contractor Tasks

• Data Entry & Updating
  
• Management of patient representative contact updates
  
• Updating patient phone numbers in platform
  
• Maintaining patient accounts and changes
  
• Reputation User Role updates
  
• Help with updating 110+ user accounts in
  
• Data Cleaning
  
• Check and optimize listings for providers who will be part of the Review Solicitation project (20 minutes/profile). Includes creating Reputation profiles and optimizing all listings
  
• Follow up on Review Solicitation errors to establish what occurred/ make fixes (7,432 AMG providers nationally, seeing an average 25% error rate that need to be checked)
  

Requirements

• The positions are 90% data
  
• Be able to source data from a number of sources from which to copy and paste into online databases and
  
• Be able to manage data edit requests using a ticketing system in RedCap (training to be provided on RedCap)
  
• Be able to access and query provider NPI numbers through free national
  
• Be able to export datasets, analyze where data/content is missing and then source the missing
  
• Be able to track the work performed for quality assurance
  
• Be able to join weekly status calls with the group or
  
• Experience in Google Business Profile and a
  
• Experience in Google Sheets, Google Meet, and GMail a plus
  
• High level of attention to detail
  
• Data entry and data management experience
  
• High level of Excel/Google sheets proficiency
  
• Experience responding to/managing reviews
  
• Experience with platform nice to have but not required
