- Provide employee and industrial relations support to key internal stakeholders including project team, People Partners, Legal (internal & external), and senior leaders.
- Stay updated on recent laws impacting employment including state requirements impacting our sector, organisation, and employees.
- Lead HR compliance audits, addressing compliance opportunities, issues, and gaps.
- Use effective change management practices to implement new or improved employee relation models, processes and tools across the organisation.
- Be a key stakeholder in developing our Enterprise Agreement strategy as an expert or specialist member of the negotiation team.
- Work collaboratively to identify, develop and implement key organisational culture and engagement initiatives and strategies.
