We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Human Resources. The Head of HR will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within the organization including but not limited to recruitment staffing training and development employee relations performance management and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to ensure that HR services are delivered effectively and efficiently
Develop and oversee talent acquisition strategies and recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent
Oversee and manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
Lead and manage employee relations programs and initiatives to promote a positive work culture and environment
Manage and implement performance management processes and tools to ensure clear and effective communication of performance expectations and feedback
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing the employment relationship
Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team on all matters related to human resources
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field; Masters degree preferred
8 years of progressive experience in human resources with at least 5 years in a leadership role
SHRM CIPD certification preferred
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies to drive business results
