We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Director of Development to lead our Sales & Leasing section, and Advisory & Investment section and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
He will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies, policies, and advertising plans for projects during construction and operation and promoting real estate investment opportunities.
The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of how to best manage land and real estate acquisitions or lease land and real estate sites for purposes.
