Directional Driller Specialist - Drilling Services

• Lead directional drilling operations on the rig site & ensure that the desired directional well path and target objectives are achieved.
• Control well bore paths, figuring survey computations, bit hydraulics, rate of penetration, and bottom home assemblies.
• Maintain a complete listing of all directional tools and survey equipment on location, and days on location.
• Responsible for reporting procedures
• Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.
• Perform various other duties assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
  
  

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organization, troubleshooting and teamwork skills.
• Bachelors degree in engineering or Earth Sciences or equivalent.
• Required Experience: Five years experience in field operations.
