Data Entry Operator

• Collect and enter data into systems utilizing a variety of forms, including web-based, spreadsheet, word processing, mail, databases and more
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in all systems
• Create and maintain data-entry logs, tracking information, and audit systems to ensure accuracy
• Assist in other related duties, such as verifying data, assisting in reports, etc.
• Generate reports on data entry accuracy and progress
• Create and update user accounts for the system
• Follow all procedural and operational guidelines
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Access
• Understanding of databases
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in related field preferred
