Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Specialist to join our team at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) KSA. As a Contract Specialist you will play a crucial role in managing and negotiating contracts with our clients and vendors. Your attention to detail strong communication skills and knowledge of contract law will be essential in ensuring successful and efficient contract management for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and negotiate contracts with clients and vendors ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Analyze contract terms and conditions identifying any potential risks or issues and providing recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with various teams to develop and negotiate contract terms that meet the needs of both parties
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of contracts amendments and related documents
Conduct regular audits and reviews of existing contracts to ensure compliance and identify potential areas for improvement
Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on contractrelated matters
Monitor and track contract performance ensuring that all parties fulfill their obligations and deadlines are met
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to facilitate effective contract management
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in contract management and make recommendations for process improvements

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Law or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management preferably in a corporate setting
Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology
Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex contracts and identify potential risks
Highly organized and detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software
Fluent in English both written and verbal
