A dental service organization (DSO) seeks a highly motivated, solution-oriented individual to support the clinical supplies and equipment purchasing You will report directly to the VP of Procurement and provide excellent customer service to the dentist partners while being a subject matter expert in the best-in-class clinical ;

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide frontline support to dental offices and teams with procuring clinical supplies and equipment, escalating issues to subject matter experts when
  
• You will be involved in onboarding new dental clinics and training them on the supplies ordering ;
  
• Monitor, support, and collaborate with clinics to increase and optimize utilization by providing the necessary tools, resources, and
  
• Provide input to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of support to offices and document solutions into a shared knowledge base to improve internal
  
• Processing and supporting equipment orders with multiple
  

Requirements

EDUCATION & TRAINING

• Diploma-level (or higher) education in a related field (Business or Science) from a recognized education institution is preferred but not
  

• 3+ years of experience in the customer service
  
• Prior experience in the dental industry is preferred but not necessary to be
  
• Working knowledge and experience with an integrated online purchasing/supply ordering platform like Dentira or Coupa is
  

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making
  
• High level of verbal and written communication
  
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management
  
• Ability to liaise and build rapport with a wide variety of stakeholders at all
  
• Strong attention to
  
• Hands-on approach and the ability to multi-task to handle large volumes of work to tight
  
• Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of office
