- Check with Chef de Partie regarding the list of all daily preparations, their priority, special tasks, etc.
- Perform preparation side work such as washing, peeling, and cutting and other support duties as instructed by the Chef de Partie, Chef, and Sous-Chef
- Follow portion controls and storage specifications as set by La Boca’s Chef
- Ensure that cleaning, sanitizing, and organization of the working station, walk-in coolers, and storage areas are done as per La Boca’s standards and checklists
- Assist the BOH team with storage and receiving procedures
