- the co-ordination of leave throughout the department ensuring all training requirements and commitments are met,
- the implementation of ANS courses at KFNA, ensuring that they are delivered to plan and that quality is maintained,
- providing direction and guidance to ANS Instructors and Support Staff, including professional development, training and PDRs,
- the day-to-day leadership and management of the ANS team delivering the ANS courses to ensure that all training targets are met,
