- Should understand capacity modelling, management processes and methodologies.
- Understand performance and capacity data and dashboard concepts.
- Experience in contributing to a systems architecture and design to help improve the quality and maturity of systems/processes.
- Should have previous experience with BMC TSCO (capacity management tool).
- Should have good exposure on Operating Systems and Databases and respective performance metrics.
