- Supports nursing team in providing direct patient care
- Assists with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Helps with mobility, transfers, and positioning of patients
- Monitors and records patient vital signs
- Reports any significant changes or abnormalities to the healthcare team
- Assists in administering medications under the supervision of a registered nurse
- Ensures accurate medication administration and documentation
- Creates and maintains a safe and clean environment for patients
