- SHARE FULL P&L RESPONSIBILITY WITH STORE MANAGER; FOLLOW THE BUSINESS STRATEGIC GROWTH PLANS WITH RETAIL DIRECTOR AND IMPLEMENT ACTIONS EFFECTIVELY TO DEVELOP PROFITABLE REVENUE
- MAXIMIMISE STORE PROFITABILITY BY CHALLENGING SHORT AND LONG TERM Financial GOALS, OBJECTIVES AND DEVELOPMENT PLANS
- REGULARLY ANALYZE THE STORE’S PERFORMANCE AND IMPLEMENT THE RIGHT ACTION PLANS WHERE NEEDED
- SUGGEST MONTHLY TARGETS AND DRIVE TEAM ON ACHIEVING
- MONITITOR AND DRIVE PERFORMANCE AND COORDINATATE WITH MERCHENDISHING, CLIENTELING, HR, SUPPLY CHAIN, RETAIL AND OPS TEAMS TO ACHIEVE TARGETS
