- A successful track record in a providing Property & Asset Management role in commercial properties Minimum 5 years of relevant post-graduate experience in Property & Asset management with either project management or financial management experience in mixed use real estate development projects, preferably in KSA and the wider GCC region Confident, motivational and assertive, with high attention to detail and excellent business and market knowledge Strong business development, negotiation, analytical, financial modelling, valuation and structuring skills. Analytical skills, as well as a knowledge of operations.
