• Supervises the pool and beach area, overseeing food and beverage team members while aligning with established operating policies.
• Maintains and reports detailed records of staff performance and operational expenses.
• Collaborates with the culinary and F&B team to ensure proper food presentation and adherence to handling procedures.
• Handles and resolves guest complaints within the pool and beach area.
• Conducts quality checks on incoming fresh food and baked goods deliveries.
• Identifies issues that occur within the pool and beach area through reports and innovates solutions to address them.
