Job Description

- Planning, scheduling, and managing logistics for all Assessment Center (AC) sessions
- Leading and facilitating all AC sessions including delivery of presentations or other training/assessment content
- Responsible for all program communications including solicitation of candidate nominations from DOT Business Units, candidate notifications and session scheduling information, and assessor coordination and scheduling
- Building and maintaining network of assessors focused primarily on middle to upper management at NCDOT
- Analyzing, interpreting, and synthesizing data from Assessment Center activities/exercises and assessment instruments
