Job Description

- Review the Fire Life Safety Design and identify compliance with all applicable International, local codes and regulations. Review FLS engineering judgements, CFD analysis, Building Evacuation models or any other FLS design reports as required.
- Engage and liaise with the Client and the Authorities having jurisdiction for all FLS matters including design approval, obtaining building permit, construction inspection and obtaining occupancy certificate.
- Make decisions on engineering/scientific problems and methods relating to FLS using advanced techniques, theories, practices of the particular field. Monitor FLS construction compliance and communicate all findings and concerns to the Project Director.
- Manage a group of FLS engineers to review design, inspect the works and report progress of the works.
