Overview:
CBRE GWS KSA is looking for a highly organized and detailoriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the offices filing system including both digital and physical files
Coordinate and schedule appointments meetings and travel arrangements for team members
Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
Prepare and edit documents spreadsheets and presentations as needed
Assist with invoicing and financialrelated tasks
Keep track of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Assist in coordinating and organizing events and meetings
Other administrative tasks as assigned by the team
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelors degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Knowledge of basic accounting and invoicing processes is a plus
Fluency in English and Arabic is required
Working Conditions:
Fulltime 48 hours per week
Officebased role in Saudi Arabia
Occasional overtime may be required
Professional and fastpaced work environment
