• *Role and Responsibilities** •*Daily Tasks** - Maintain daily record of CODs collected (signedcourier report, excel AWB details) and settle cash in the portal(including collection on behalf of intercompany) - Maintain dailyrecord of customs duty collected (including from intercompanycustomers) - Maintain daily record of collected bayan charges andpremium fees collected (including from intercompany customers) -Reconcile daily collection record with Accountant against cashcount and cash balance in Quickbooks - Report to Finance Managerand coordinate with Operations if there is any wrong entry inportal related to COD and customs duty or wrong weight and otherdelivery issues requiring credit note - Key IT coordinator relatedto any Qatar portal issues and system maintenance - Perform ad hoctasks as requested by Finance Manager and Country Manager.• *Weekly Tasks** - Weekly health check with customers.Avoid pending issues with customers over the weekend. - Assist inchecking AWBs provided by customs agent - Report weekly collectionof COD custom duty, bayan charges, and other fees customer-wise toFinance Manager and Accountant • *MonthlyTasks
