We are recruiting for a Nursery Manager for a new service in Barking. You will need to be confident with creating policies and procedures and be able to confidently lead the Ofsted Inspection and pass the company through registration.

Ideally you will have at least 2 years of nursery manager experience, however we are open to taking applications from deputy managers who are looking for the next step up.

Essential Criteria

Education & Minimum Level 3 qualification in Children

Qualifications and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent.

Paediatric First Aid

Desirable Criteria

Food Hygiene Certificate

Experience/ A minimum of 2 years recent experience, Ability to co-ordinate in

Knowledge working in a Nursery setting, specific specialist area

ideally already in a senior practitioner or e.g.SENCO

room leader role.

Excellent working knowledge of the Early Years

Foundation Stage and current Ofsted statutory

guidance.

Knowledge and proven practical experience of

implementing good quality learning opportunities.
