Account Manager

• Participate and plan company events.
  
• Communicate and build a great relationship with different vendors for various supplies need
  
• Monitor and handle facilities team performance
  
• Be in charge of handling maintenance and facilities issues with the building control tower to insure it is properly maintained and facility assets are appropriately provided and assigned.
  
• Provide general administrative and facility support.
  
• Delivering administrative reports to the Administration Manager
  
• Meeting and greeting company visitors and walk-ins in an appropriate and professional manner
  
• Welcoming and assisting new hires on their first day and directing them to their onboarding process and location
  
• Maintaining and arranging requested meeting room bookings and making the needed arrangements
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in a relevant field
  
• 1 3 years of relevant administration experience
  
• Excellent command of the English language
  
• Excellent computer skills
  
• Microsoft Office skills
