Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated storesupervisor to manage
our retail store. In this role your duties will includeoverseeing
employees and finances and controlling the quality ofproducts and services.
You may also be required to evaluate the job performance ofretail staff.
To ensure success as a store supervisor you should exhibitdemonstrable
managerial competency and excellent communication skills.Store Supervisors
are natural leaders with excellent business managementskills and a passion
for customer service.

StoreSupervisor Responsibilities:
* Overseeing salespeople cashiers shelf stockersand other employees.
* Keeping record of Opening and Closing check sheet.
* Keeping records of expenditure sales figures and employeeperformance.
* Evaluating the supply and availability of stocksand profitmargins.
* Implementing measures to avoid stock damages theft and wastage.
*Monitoring shelves stocks and product displays andthe general appearance of the store.
*Investigating market trends and offer suggestions to RetailManager for introducing products which are in demand.
* Maintain Opening and closing checklist.
* Addressing customers requests comments and complaints.
* Motivating employees to achieve targets.
* Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.
StoreSupervisor Requirements:
* Flexible with the shift timings and day offs.
*High school diploma or any equivalent qualifications.
* Good command over English.
*Demonstrable experience in a supervisory capacity ata retail
store or similar.
* Indepth knowledge of product andconsumer trends.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealingwith employees and customers.
* Competency in retail management software.
* Proficiency with spreadsheet and Word.
*Familiarity with applicable labour laws and retailhealth and safety standards within UAE.
Salarybudget AED 5000 to 6000 fixed plus incentive (working on the
incentivescheme) no accommodation and transport
