We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Secretary to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be a Filipino national with a valid UAE driving license and own car. As a Secretary you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth running of our office. Your main duties will include managing phone calls and correspondence organizing and maintaining files and records scheduling appointments and meetings and making travel arrangements. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. You should also have strong organizational and time-management abilities as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
