The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience managing multiple key accounts building strong client relationships driving revenue growth and bringing in new business opportunities. This role requires strong negotiation skills market insight and the ability to develop long-term partnerships with strategic customers.
Manage and grow relationships with multiple key accounts in the FMCG sector.
Identify and secure new business opportunities from existing and potential key accounts.
Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Monitor account performance sales trends and competitor activity to maximize growth.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing supply chain finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Negotiate contracts pricing and promotions with key clients.
Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
Provide regular sales forecasts reports and market intelligence to management.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG account management or sales.
Strong experience in handling multiple key accounts simultaneously.
Proven ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts.
Excellent relationship management communication and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and presentation abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver against tight deadlines.
