We are seeking a Sales Manager Engineer to lead our sales efforts in the supply and installation business. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge of EV charging systems with commercial acumen to drive growth build client relationships and close high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Sales
- Identify pursue and secure new opportunities in residential commercial and public EV charging projects.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver proposals quotations and tenders for supply & installation projects.
Technical & Project Alignment
- Understand client technical requirements and align solutions accordingly.
- Liaise with engineering and operations teams to ensure feasibility cost efficiency and timely delivery.
- Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities corporates and private clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact during sales and project negotiation stages.
- Manage contracts pricing discussions and revenue models with clients.
Market & Strategic Insight
- Monitor industry trends competitor activity and regulatory developments in EV infrastructure.
- Provide insights to management to shape the company market positioning.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 5 years of experience in technical sales preferably in EV charging renewable energy or electrical systems.
- 2 years of UAE experience (minimum).
- Strong knowledge of EV chargers (AC/DC) electrical installations and related standards.
- Proven track record in business development tendering and project sales.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
