Job Description
At AlShaheen Specialized we specialize in delivering high-quality maintenance solutions across HVAC duct cleaning kitchen hood cleaning water tank cleaning and other specialized facility services. Our mission is to create healthier safer and more efficient environments for businesses and communities.
We are looking for driven and dynamic Sales Executives to join our growing team and help us expand our client base in the UAE market.
Tasks
- Identify develop and close new business opportunities for specialized maintenance services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across commercial residential retail and industrial sectors.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals quotations and service agreements.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth objectives.
- Monitor market trends competitors and industry developments to stay ahead.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales preferably in facilities management specialized cleaning or maintenance services.
- Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- UAE market knowledge and existing client network is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
