Black & Grey HR is recruiting a Senior Sales Coordinator for our esteemed client in the luxury building materials sector headquartered in Dubai. This role is ideal for a sales operations expert with leadership qualities who can manage a high-performing coordination team streamline internal workflows and ensure a seamless client experience in the premium sanitary ware tiles or interior design space.
We re looking for a proactive individual with a sharp eye for detail a solid understanding of design/construction materials and the ability to handle complex client and project requirements with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main liaison for key accounts ensuring premium service and timely follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.
- Lead the preparation and review of project quotations technical documents and order processing with precision.
- Supervise and support a team of sales coordinators delegating tasks setting priorities and monitoring day-to-day operations.
- Onboard and train new team members on product lines CRM tools and internal coordination protocols.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to foster growth within the team.
- Optimize coordination workflows and implement best practices to boost operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments (sales logistics finance) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare reports dashboards and sales activity summaries for management insight and planning.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a sales coordination leadership role within the luxury building materials sanitary ware or tiles industry.
- Strong command over CRM and ERP platforms along with proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask meet tight deadlines and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail and quality-driven mindset.
- Background in architectural products or interior design materials is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Confident managing high-value clients and large-scale project documentation.
