Job Title: Construction Manager
Job Summary:
The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from planning through completion. This role ensures projects are completed on time within budget and to the required quality standards while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan coordinate and supervise all construction activities.
- Manage on-site staff subcontractors and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
- Ensure compliance with building codes safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects engineers and other stakeholders.
- Develop and manage construction schedules and budgets.
- Resolve issues and delays promptly to avoid project disruptions.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in civil engineering Construction Management or related field.
- Proven experience in construction management (typically 5 years).
- Strong knowledge of construction processes materials and safety standards.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g. MS Project Primavera AutoCAD).
- Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Certifications:
- PMP CCM or equivalent certification.
- OSHA Safety Certification.
